Phast 4 Program

Eric Harris' Phast 4 Program is a comprehensive four-phase program, designed to Coach Eric Harris to help athletes of all sports increase their speed and core strength.

The Four Phases of Phast 4

  1. General and dynamic flexibility and technique
  2. Specific power and balance/agility
  3. Stride, acceleration, and overspeed
  4. Core strength
  • All sessions open to boys and girls

Phast 4 Session Dates for 2010

Session 4: January 4, 7, 9, 11, 14, 16 (only 5 spots left)

Session 5: January 18, 21, 23, 25, 28, 30

Session 6: February 1, 4, 6, 8, 11, 13

Session 7: February 15, 18, 20, 22, 25, 27

Session 8: March 1, 4, 6, 8, 11, 13

Session 9: March 15, 18, 20, 22, 25, 27

Phast 4 Session Times:

  •  Mondays and Thursdays: 6:00 pm
  •  Saturday sessions: 9:00 am
  • Additional sessions will be added

Cost:

  • $50 per session
  • Family discount - $25 for each addtional chil

Team Sessions are available

  • Private sessions for your team
  • Sport specific emphasis
  • Team discounts available
  • Baseball, basketball, lacrosse, soccer, softball, and volleyball teams have all benefited from a "sport specific" Phast 4 program
