Emily is an Assistant Coach at Lawrence Tech University in Southfield, Michigan for the 2025 Season . She is also the Assistant Varsity coach at Orchard Lake St. Mary's Preparatory high school. Prior to her coaching career, she played at the Division I level for Morgan State University (2021-2024) as a left handed pitcher. She is a 4 time regular season MEAC champion and a 2 time MEAC Tournament Champion. As a freshman, Emily helped her team win its first ever MEAC Tournament Championship. Advancing with a bid to NCAA Regionals, she pitched against #1 Oklahoma and Texas A&M. As a senior, she led her team to another tournament championship while earning All Conference 3rd Team, All Tournament First Team, and another bid to NCAA Regionals where she held Duke, the tournament's 10 seed, scoreless through 4 1/2 innings. She has faced other top teams like Washington, Baylor, Penn State, Houston, Liberty, and more. She finished her Senior year as one of the top pitchers in NCAA Division I Softball. She led the nation in least Walks Allowed Per Seven Innings (.49), and Strikeout-to-Walk Ratio (10.67). She also ranked 33rd in ERA (1.72).
Emily trained at with Coach Harrison at MSA from the age of 9. She graduated from Milan High school, and earned her Bachelor's degree at Morgan State University. She is currently available for Private/Semi Private and Buddy Lessons.

Meghan Tarrance

Meghan Tarrance is the Head JV Softball Coach at Clawson High School and previously served as a Varsity Assistant Coach at Livonia Stevenson High School and Novi High School.
She played Division I collegiate softball as an outfielder at the University of Detroit Mercy until her playing career was cut short due to a shoulder injury. During her time at Detroit Mercy, she earned Academic Honors from 2014–2017. She earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology with a minor in Leadership, followed by a Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, and is also a NASM Certified Personal Trainer.
Meghan is passionate about developing confident, fundamentally sound athletes. Her coaching philosophy emphasizes controlling the controllables by focusing on effort, attitude, preparation, and continuous improvement. Her goal is to help every player grow their skills, increase their softball IQ, and develop a lifelong love for the game.

My name is John Rickabaugh , and I living in Clinton with my wife Jessica and our three daughters. I've spend the last several reads coaching softball, baseball and basketball across multiple levels. Over the last five years coached Clinton Little League ages 8-15U. In 2025 my All Star team won the District Tournament and completed States.

Sports are a huge part of our household. Jessica coaches varsity cheer in Clinton, and with three athletic daughters, player development is part of our everyday life. I also server on the board for Clinton Little League where my focus has been helping young athletes develop their skills and build a real love for the game.
