My name is Quez Hill. I am an OTA University graduate in Sports Performance, a former 100m sprinter and certified stretch provider. To further my expertise, I am currently completing my certification as a sports nutrition coach. I lead Quezmatics, a training program specializing in speed, agility and quickness. My curriculum is designed to enhance athleticism and cofidence across all sports, based on the principle that foundational athletic ability is key to becoming a great player."
