My name is Quez Hill.  I am an OTA University graduate in Sports Performance, a former 100m sprinter and certified stretch provider. To further my expertise, I am currently completing my certification as a sports nutrition coach. I lead Quezmatics, a training program specializing in speed, agility and quickness. My curriculum is designed to enhance athleticism and cofidence across all sports, based on the principle that foundational athletic ability is key to becoming a great player."

My training packages are monthly subscriptions designed for dedicated athletes who are ready to commit to a 2 sessions per week training program to increase speed, strength, power and explosiveness.

Sessions are monthly and must be used with the 30 days they are purchased. They cannot be rolled over or saved for a later month
